Verve is a women's-owned family business that partners with artisan makers. Their mission is to create a marketplace for culinary and home goods from around the world that offers growth opportunities for businesses. Each product comes with the story of where it is made, by whom, and the history of the item. These beautifully crafted products are handmade in order to preserve artisanal crafts and and be environmentally supportive by moving away from mass production.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange full-priced products within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. For refunds, we will deduct $8.95 from the credit amount for the return shipping. For exchanges, no deduction will be made for shipping.
Perishable goods (i.e. Thai for Two curry kits, Villa Real Chocolate, etc.) cannot be returned unless a defect was presented at delivery.
Slippers and Apparel- Visibly worn items cannot be returned unless a defect was presented at delivery. Store credit or exchange is given for the full purchase once defected item is approved by customer service representative.
Sale items- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
